Stop doing the work a workflow should be doing.
AIChainWorks builds automations, document pipelines and AI tools that take repetitive work off your team's plate, and runs them on the same kind of self-hosted stack this website runs on.
Our contact form runs on the same automations we sell — your message is in front of a person within seconds.
The busywork that quietly eats your week
Most small businesses don't need "AI transformation." They need the five annoying, repetitive jobs to stop needing a person.
Reading long documents
Someone combs through long reports or spec sheets line by line to pull out the handful of items that matter to you.
Re-typing data
The same information gets copied from email to spreadsheet to software to invoice. Every copy is a chance for a mistake.
Leads going cold
A form fill sits in an inbox overnight. By the time anyone replies, the customer has called someone else.
Finding out last
A site goes down, a supplier changes a price, a job fails — and you hear about it from a customer.
Fixed-scope work with clear starting prices
Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed quote. No hourly meter running in the background.
Fixed-price quotes
Describe the process by form or email. You get a written quote with scope and timeline — no sales call.
Workflow builds
Forms, email, spreadsheets, CRMs and alerts connected so data moves on its own.
Document pipelines
Messy PDFs and reports turned into clean, structured output your team can trust.
Chatbots & lead capture
A guided chat on your site that qualifies visitors and drops them into your email list.
Self-hosted stacks
Your own automation server with monitoring, alerts and backups — no per-task fees.
Care plans
Monitoring, fixes and small changes each month so your automations keep running.
Systems that are already doing real work
Client details stay private. What we built and how it works doesn't have to.
Spec reports → finished job sheets
A trade contractor's staff read long project spec reports by hand to pull out their scope. A rule-based pipeline now does the first pass and produces a formatted job sheet for a person to check.

Workflows, chatbots, analytics, uptime checks, change tracking and nightly backups on one server — with failures reported to a phone within seconds.

Describe it
Tell us the process by form or email — what happens, how often, and which tools are involved.
Scope & quote
A plain-English scope, a fixed price and a timeline. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Build & test
Built against your real examples, tested on edge cases, and run side by side with your current process.
Hand-off
Documentation, a walkthrough, and alerts if anything fails. Optional care plan if you want us watching it.
Clean sensitive data before you paste it into AI
Emails, phone numbers, prices, account numbers and links — masked in one click. It runs entirely in your browser, so your text never touches our server.
Straight answers
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. Most builds connect the tools you already use — email, Google or Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, your CRM or job software. Where a new tool makes sense, we'll say why and what it costs before you commit.
What happens to my data?
Your data is used only to build and run your automation. Sensitive information can be scrubbed before it ever reaches an AI model, and self-hosted options keep everything on infrastructure you control. Details are in the privacy policy.
How long does a typical project take?
A single workflow is usually one to two weeks from approved scope. Larger document pipelines take longer because they're tested against many real examples. You'll get a timeline with the quote.
What if something breaks after hand-off?
Every build includes failure alerts and documentation, plus a short fix window after launch. For ongoing monitoring and changes, there's a monthly care plan.
Is AI going to make mistakes in my business?
It can, which is why we use rules where rules work and AI only where it helps — and keep a person in the loop for anything that matters. The goal is fewer errors, not new ones.
